It's easy to spend thousands of dollars per month on network marketing leads and come up with nothing in return. I've seen people spend months calling leads, spending $500-$1000 per month, only to get 1 or 2 distributors who end up NOT duplicating what you do. At the end of it all, you end up spending yourself in the hole with nothing to show for it but maxed out credit cards! Sounds like fun, doesn't it?

Here are 3 reasons why you should NOT buy network marketing leads:

===>Not targeted enough

In marketing in general, it is customary to make sure that who you advertise to is laser targeted. For example, a company who advertises reverse mortgages will not direct their marketing to everybody and their momma! You're not going to see a commercial on TV targeting young homeowners for reverse mortgages. Instead, you're going to see that commercial directed towards senior citizens, who most likely will need a reverse mortgage as another source of income. Network marketing is infamous for not targeting their market. Not targeting your market is like throwing mud on the wall and seeing if it sticks.

===>95% of these leads are not serious just curious

What a time waster this is, dealing with "looky-loos" who have no kind of genuine interest in what network marketing is. You end up hitting your head against the wall, because these people are cold and they don't trust you. They most likely have been burned before and have their guard up, because they think you're trying to sell them something. Most of the time these people answer the ads thinking they're really about to get a job or something. The learning curve on this can take months, because you're so busy trying to learn how to handle objections and such, so you can sift through the crowd of time wasters.

===>There's no value in network marketing leads

Lets face it, unless your paying $20 or more per lead, or generating them on your own, these leads will be non-exclusive to you. This means that the lead company will end up selling a set of leads to 2-10 people other than you. When you get to them, I'm sure that they would've either made the decision to stay with a normal job, or just move on from here and keep searching, thus starting the process all over again.

Free Network Marketing Information-The Two Minute Close

To Your Success,
Today's free network marketing tip has to do with a close that even the shyest networker can use effectively.

Curious as to what it is? Tom, Big A, Schreither will now explain!

The two-envelope close.

Have two sealed envelopes at opportunity meetings. Label one envelope "No" and the other envelope "Yes."

At the end of the meeting, show your guest the two envelopes. Tell your guest that he will receive one of the envelopes depending on his decision.

If the guest chooses "No" - give the guest the "No" envelope that contains discount coupons for your products or services.

If the guest chooses "Yes" - give the guest the "Yes" envelope that contains discounts and offers for training, extra fast-start packs, prospecting
tools, etc.

Now even the shyest person can ask for a decision from the guest.

'm often asked about this question of motivation. How do professional women market their home business effectively? What drives a professional woman to constantly push herself to do the necessary work involved in marketing her online home business? As I've stated time and time again, it is consistent marketing that really determines the success of an online business. I've seen many professional women come and go because they didn't have the patience to set aside 2 hours of conscious internet marketing effort a day to work on their home business. It is a good idea to start your workday the night before by writing down 3 activities that you plan to complete for the next day in order to bring you closer to your project goals. An additional hour should be spent pursuing some form of personal development. This is what brings results for my business, and the same applies for any professional women home business owners.

One thing I do about five days a week is work out at the gym. This way I can maintain my sexy, let my 2 year old burn up some energy in gym daycare, and work out while I listen to self-improvement audio ebooks which I download from my website. The audiobooks keep me up to speed with what is going on in my industry and how I can stay competitive in business. The result is flat abs and up-to-date business knowledge. Because the internet is constantly changing, it is super important for any online businesswoman to take the time to do the research about how best to approach the online world.

Professional women, and all business people alike, need to remember to be task-oriented in their home business. It is easy to spend hours in your home business office and never get anything done. You may find yourself checking your email multiple times a day, for example, and never seem to get a task completed. If your task is to master Google, for example, so that you can maximize the number of hits you get on your website, make sure you give yourself a step by step task list and make yourself check each item off as you complete them.

I would also advise that it would be important to learn how to do effective internet marketing. Some professional women don't seek additional training because they are afraid that there is a huge cost involved in learning what the marketing pros know. This is not true, however. There are many organizations which can help you to learn cutting edge techniques in internet marketing. As a business Coach, I often incorporate internet marketing into my one-on-one coaching sessions.

It is not necessary to hire a Coach, however, to gain the business-savvy info that you need to be successful online. Many websites, such as mine, offers plenty of ebooks and audiobooks which provide invaluable information about internet marketing, business, self-improvement, and all things practical as it relates to improving your effectiveness in business and life. You can listen to new information about your industry on an iPod while taking the dog for a walk, or learn about a new internet marketing method for home business owners while shopping for Manolo shoes.

I stay on top of my game by organizing my time well and pampering myself in ways which I enjoy. When I get overwhelmed and need a break, I take one. Sometimes I take a bubble bath to relax me or break out a bottle of wine while I paint my toenails. After I take a little time off, I get back to work. Regardless of what stage you are in with your own home business, you can always benefit from proper internet marketing. It often sets the difference between professional women who succeed and those who don't.

Free Network Marketing Tip- How to Market Offline Like The Pros

Marketing offline is a great way to compliment your online mlm business campaigns. It helps target people who otherwise might not spot your online presence. Plus it helps you target people who have Internet access and email when you include your URL or web site address in all of your ads. To help you make the most of your offline marketing, here are a few free network marketing information tips and offline tips from the pros:

1. INSERTS – Ask for media kits from print publications that target your industry readers. Find out their rates for inserts. And have their advertising department help you create a marketing insert for your products and services that targets Internet users and includes your URL and email address. Do include a phone number (toll-free, if possible) for those who have technical difficulties or prefer to call.

2. TEACH - Hold affordable (or free) offline classes at a local community center or other educational facility. Share your knowledge in your area of expertise with attendees. And make sure to distribute handouts with complete contact information, including your website and email address.

Be pro-active and post-active by announcing your classes in a press release to the local media; radio, television, print publications. And follow up by inviting students to enter feedback and referrals in your website form after the class if over. Capture their contact information, enter it into your database, and follow up regularly – sending them your ezine and product / service announcements, both via email and regular postal mail.

3. ORGANIZATIONS - Target your offline marketing to groups of people who will actually be interested in your product or service; i.e. local associations and organizations. Check your Yellow Pages for groups near you and find out when their meetings are. Call ahead to make sure guests are welcome. Then go and network at an easy pace, not fast. Slowly work your way into the group and make sure it would be a good fit for you; you’ll want to give at first, then you’ll receive later on (maybe after your first year, even).

Gradually distribute your business cards – with your website and email address on them. Volunteer to teach about your area of expertise if the chance arises, of course distributing your marketing materials with our website and email address on them, too.

Use caution, before rushing to join during or after the first meeting. Take your time to make sure the group would be a good fit for you and your business operations. Sometimes group operations are lacking or suffer due to board member turnover, the economy, new industry laws, etc. So you might benefit from waiting to join for several months down the road, or trying a different group all together.

So reach out and advertise offline to compliment your online strategy. Your mlm business will grow! And remember to include your website and email address on all of your marketing tools.
