Tip #67: Give your prospect the "truth" guarantee.

Prospects are afraid to take risks. That's natural.

We attempt to soothe their fears by saying things such
as:

* "Try our business. We have a 30-day money-
back guarantee."
* "Try our product or service. We have a 30-day
money-back guarantee."

Did you ever notice that these guarantees seldom close
the prospect? The prospect feels embarrassed to take
advantage of a refund, so the prospect never makes the
initial commitment to try the product, service or
business opportunity.

You've noticed that, haven't you?

So why not try this? Give your prospect the "truth"
guarantee. It will shock your prospect and create a
"fear of loss" motivation.

Say:

"I have one guarantee about our business. If
you don't try anything, you are guaranteed that
nothing will change. The commute time to your
job won't change. The limited time you have
with your family won't change. Your current
paycheck won't change."

When one surfs the internet looking for a work from home based business opportunity, they can easily be overwhelmed by the sheer number of home based business opportunities. In addition, there are many heavy hitters who flash paychecks and claim they are very successful and make money with tools such as a downline builder and lead generation programs, and by buying fresh mlm leads. Plus, many claim big bucks can be made by joining pre launch opportunities.

The truth is, with any network marketing or direct sales company, what one must do before they join a home business is to research the opportunity. This is normally done with a typical career that is outside of multi-level marketing and should not be ignored for in home business opportunities.

A company management's experience, mindset, and integrity should be examined. Whether there is a hot market for the product should be carefully considered. The compensation plan and company's policies and procedures should be reviwed and clearly understood. In addition, assessing whether there is a system of duplication that distributors can implement to reach potential prospects is crucial. All of these steps will assist opportunity seekers in figuring out if the work from home business opportunity is legitmate and not some sort of illegal pyramid scheme.

The bottom line for home business opportunity seekers is to not be taken in by hype, smoke, and mirrors. Do careful research first for any work from home business. Become educated. The Secrets of Successful Business Blogging

Anyone can make a blog. But in order to be competitive, here are a few things people should know.

Before putting up the website, you must answer this simple question. Who is the target market? By working on that, you will be able to focus on something that people will really look at.

When that has been done, its time to come up with catchy name. Remember to also include keywords in it as well. If the creator wants to focus on automobiles then one should think of something related to it. Should this be associated with something else and bears no resemblance to the site, not only will it confuse the audience but also destroy any credibility the person will have.

Using a template available from various websites can make this happen. Those who something original should enlist the help of a computer programmer. Regardless where it came from, this should be checked over and over again to make sure no glitches or screw-ups happen when customers are visiting the site.

Once the blog site is operational, a good host or application should be found to back this up. This will help introduce the product or service one is offering into the market. The entrepreneur can do this without tying up with anyone but this could take a longer time to get established in the business.

You can submit ads to software developers to feature the blog. There is usually a small fee for maintenance costs so those who don’t have that much money can still achieve this by becoming an affiliate or through the use of text links.

The entrepreneur should have an efficient delivery system to make sure this gets to the customer. It is also advisable to have a customer service hotline ready in the event that the buyer has encountered problems or is not happy with the product.

The most important thing in a website aside from the existing products or images are regular updates. Unless the person diversifies or offers new things, other competitors will just take over the market. This can be avoided by providing excellent service and good quality merchandise at reasonable rates.

You don't have to be a rocket scientist or some expert in computer programming to be able to successfully do business through blogging. The user should just work out on some details then find the proper way to advertise it so that traffic can be established and money will start coming in.

Free Network Marketing Information

Today's tip comes from Tom, Big Al, Schreiter, and has to do with how to deal with folks in your downline who take no responsibility. He is right on as usual!

Ooooh, this is so mean :)

If you wait for someone to come around and motivate you, what will happen if they don't show up? Are you going to stay unmotivated for the rest of your life?

Have you ever had a new distributor call you and say:

"Oh, I can't be successful because my sponsor doesn't help me. I need more help. Why doesn't my upline sponsor a group for me? Why doesn't my sponsor do my work and prospect, telephone, and present my program to his prospects?"
As leaders, we can only smile when we get telephone calls like this. We know the caller is avoiding personal responsibility for his results and just wants to blame everyone in the world but himself.

So what can we tactfully say to the caller to help him grow up and accept personal responsibility? How about replying to the caller by saying:

"So what exactly do you want your sponsor to do that you are unwilling to do for yourself?"
It's not guaranteed, but most distributors will at least begin to accept personal responsibility for their businesses.
